I’m Sheree and I’m a Virtual Assistant dedicated to helping coaches and small service-based business owners let go of the busy work that takes them away from their client work and money-generating activities.

I never had plans or thought to be an entrepreneur. When I was younger, I had an assortment of jobs (mostly administrative) in a variety of industries but I didn’t find any of them very fulfilling.

After getting a divorce and moving across the U.S. from Alaska to Florida with my two young children as a new single mother, I quickly realized that I didn’t want to spend my life working 40+ hours a week at a 9 to 5 job (not to mention time spent commuting) and not being around for my kids. I wanted to be available to volunteer at their school, be there when they got home, take them to activities, etc. After all, their dad lived 5,000 miles away and they needed me around as much as possible. And I grew up with my mother being a stay-at-home mom and learned how comforting it was for me to have my mom at home.

I didn’t want my life dictated by someone else. I needed the freedom to be in control of my time. Deep down, I knew there must be work I could do from home to help others (because that’s my passion) and that didn’t limit my potential, but also gave me the time I so desperately wanted so I could be there for my children.

After some soul-searching, I realized that I can start my own business working at home from my laptop. I’d have the freedom and flexibility to do my work during the day when they were at school, I was able to volunteer in the middle of the day to go on field trips or help out in the classroom and, then if I needed to, I could work in the evenings after they went to sleep.

I took online courses on how to run and market an online business and started dabbling in different businesses but had my ups and downs. Then a few years later, I had an epiphany. I could use my administrative skills from my past jobs and work with small, service-based business owners. I discovered that there was something called a Virtual Assistant and I was hooked! I taught myself additional skills and software programs since I’m tech savvy and realized that I had a real passion for online business, marketing, systems, and technology. I immediately attracted a bunch of new clients (mostly coaches) which was confirmation to me that I was on the right path.

Today, I bring a plethora of skills to my clients and I treat their businesses as if they were my own. When they work with me not only do they get superior support, they get a partner, someone to brainstorm with, someone that they can count on and trust. I hold their vision for the goals they want to accomplish and help them strategize and come up with a plan to implement to reach those goals.

They have peace of mind knowing that they don’t have to micromanage me, and they can even go on vacation feeling confident that I have their back. I am their advocate and their personal cheerleader. They can say goodbye to overwhelm and stop doing the things they don’t like to do, aren’t good at, and don’t want to do. As a result, they have the time to work in their zone of genius and spend time working on money-generating projects.
